Rarity Bay wraps around an 18 hole golf course and a marina, with a clubhouse, pool, tennis and pickleball courts and walking trails, and its homesites run from fairway lots to points and coves on the lake. Homes carry a Vonore mailing address, and because the community crosses the county line, a listing may be in Loudon County Schools or Monroe County Schools depending on the parcel; each listing's details show the county.
