There is a partially finished metal barn (metal panels to complete the barn are at the property and will convey). The mountain views from the front porch are fantastic! Currently, the water source for nonpotable water is a water tank. **There is a well near the cabin that will service the property with installation of additional solar panels and a solar pump. (5 additional solar panels and solar pump will convey)
