Kodiak Lane

About

Two lots in Bear Knob are being sold together, giving you 11.1 wooded acres with a trail that winds down to your own creek. A treeline wraps around Lots 7 and 8 like a natural stadium, so the homesite has privacy and wooded views you'll have trouble walking away from. The valley below holds more than 600 feet of creek, which flows into the West Fork Obey River a short distance downstream. The property runs to mid-creek, and the far bank climbs steeply, so nothing will ever be built across the water from you. What you put here is up to you. It could be a full-time home, a creekside cabin, a weekend hunting camp, or a firepit by the water where your evenings end. Electricity is available, the lots front a gravel road, and there's no HOA to answer to. The land rolls and is wooded throughout, with plenty of room to wander, and the valley floor might be the best backyard you've ever had. No zoning applies, and the two parcels will not be divided. Light restrictions are in place to protect the look of the neighborhood.
